Hi, I am Karabo and I am ready to walk this journey with you!
As a Pastoral Narrative Counsellor (in training), Mental Health Ambassador, and Survivor, what God restored in me became my calling, to help others heal in mind, body, and soul.
For years, I struggled with self-doubt, fear, and trying to define my worth through achievements, opinions, and past mistakes. But when I anchored my identity in God, everything changed. I began to see myself through His eyes. I am worthy, capable, and intentionally created for purpose. That truth brought peace, confidence, and the courage to step fully into who I was designed to be.
Now, through a faith-centred, trauma-aware lens, I walk alongside those seeking safety, healing, and freedom. I believe our identity is not shaped by circumstances or failure, but rooted in the unchanging truth of who God says we are. What He restored in me, I now hold space for in others.
My work is anchored in the belief that stories matter. Pain reshapes how we see ourselves, God, and the world. Through narrative counselling, creative reflection, and trauma-aware practices, I help individuals gently explore their stories so they can re-author them with compassion, truth, and hope by providing faith-informed, trauma-aware, narrative-based support for individuals seeking emotional, spiritual, and personal healing. I believe God restores the soul through presence, patience, and love.
