Hi, I’m Karabo, a mental health ambassador passionate about breaking the stigma around mental illness and offering hope to those who feel unseen. For years, I silently battled severe depression, anxiety, and self-image issues that consumed my life. Fiction became my escape, but true healing came when I surrendered my brokenness to God, finding peace and purpose through His grace. Now, I use my story to inspire and support others on their mental health journey, creating a space of understanding, hope, and encouragement.
